Deviantart – A Deviantart account is a must have for any new designer. Check out the application resources & vector resources for so many free downloads.
Go Media’s Arsenal – Some great freebies. A small, tight-knit, progressive design firm based in Cleveland, OH that develops a large library of design elements such as vector art, textures, fonts, brushes, etc. We’ve called it our “arsenal” of design weaponry.
