Bittbox - I love this guy. He’s brilliant. He offers many tutorials on a variety of graphic design subjects, and extremely useful free downloads. If you like the swirly curls sets then I suggest you check out his free brushes.
nDesign-studio - Also a brilliant fantastic site with resources for wordpress, web design, graphic design and development with easy to follow tutorials, free downloads and a very impressive portfolio.

Deviantart - A Deviantart account is a must have for any new designer. Check out the application resources & vector resources for so many free downloads.
Go Media’s Arsenal - Some great freebies. A small, tight-knit, progressive design firm based in Cleveland, OH that develops a large library of design elements such as vector art, textures, fonts, brushes, etc. We’ve called it our “arsenal” of design weaponry.
